Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and automated test suites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to identify system requirements.
- Perform deep-dive root cause analysis on production incidents and drive resolution.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of quality-first development.
- Integrate automated testing workflows into CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct thorough regression, performance, and security testing cycles.
- Advocate for user-centric quality improvements across the product lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Development.
- Expert proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress).
- Strong coding skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Deep understanding of RESTful API testing and database validation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
