Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Automate test suites using Selenium, Cypress, and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
- Lead defect lifecycle management in JIRA with root cause analysis
- Collaborate with product teams to define acceptance criteria and quality metrics
- Mentor QA engineers on best practices and emerging testing methodologies
- Conduct API testing using Postman and SoapUI with integration testing
- Implement continuous testing strategies within DevOps workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS/fintech applications
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) and scripting (Python/Java)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA workflows
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and database testing (SQL)
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance methodology
- Proficiency in mobile testing (iOS/Android) and cross-browser compatibility
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios
