Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end test plans covering functional, performance, security, and regression testing
- Lead automation framework development using Selenium/Cypress to accelerate testing cycles
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define quality gates and release criteria
- Maintain and optimize test environments across CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA with 2+ years in fintech or regulated industries
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
