Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium and Playwright.
- Conduct thorough end-to-end integration and regression testing for high-traffic microservices.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define acceptance criteria for new features.
- Analyze production logs to identify recurring bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions.
- Mentor junior QA staff and promote a culture of quality engineering within the DevOps pipeline.
- Execute load and stress testing to ensure platform stability under high concurrent user demand.
- Document defects, manage bug lifecycles, and provide detailed reporting to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in QA engineering, with at least 3 years focused on automated testing.
- Expert-level proficiency in at least one modern language: Java, Python, or TypeScript.
- Solid experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Deep understanding of RESTful API testing and database validation (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with Jira/Confluence.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for identifying edge cases.
