Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Lead defect triage sessions with development and product teams
- Implement CI/CD pipeline integrations for automated testing
- Conduct root cause analysis of production defects
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices
- Collaborate with UX designers to validate accessibility standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS products
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium/Cypress)
- Strong knowledge of API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Experience with SQL and database validation
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies
- ISTQB Foundation or equivalent certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
