Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD pipelines
- Lead defect management using JIRA with root cause analysis
- Conduct exploratory testing and user scenario validation
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate quality gates into deployment pipelines
- Mentor QA team members and champion quality best practices
- Generate actionable QA metrics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience in SaaS environments
- Expertise in automation testing (Selenium, Cypress) and API testing (Postman)
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and test data management
- Certified ScrumMaster or similar agile certification preferred
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Proficient in defect tracking and test management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
