Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation strategy using Selenium/Cypress to accelerate CI/CD pipelines
- Document defects with precision in JIRA and drive resolution with development teams
- Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement preventive measures
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish continuous improvement initiatives
- Validate API endpoints and database integrity using Postman/SQL
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS/web applications
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Zephyr
- Strong programming skills in Python/Java for test scripting
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Certified QA Professional (CQA) or ISTQB Advanced preferred
