Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation framework development using Selenium/Cypress for web applications
- Implement CI/CD pipeline integration with Jenkins and GitLab
- Conduct root cause analysis of critical defects and drive preventive measures
- Maintain and optimize test coverage across 15+ product modules
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion QA best practices
- Collaborate with Product/Engineering teams to define acceptance criteria
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in QA with 3+ years in test automation leadership
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD methodologies and DevOps tools
- Certified Agile/Scrum Master or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Proven track record of reducing defect escape rates by 40%+
