Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks using Selenium and Cypress
- Lead cross-functional QA initiatives in Agile/Scrum environments
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Collaborate with product teams to define quality metrics and KPIs
- Document defects in JIRA and drive resolution processes with engineering teams
- Champion continuous improvement of QA methodologies and tools
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA with 2+ years in technical leadership roles
- Expertise in automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, TestNG)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles
- Proficiency in SQL and API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Experience with performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Knowledge of mobile testing (Appium, Espresso) and accessibility standards
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
