Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Develop end-to-end test plans covering functional, performance, and security testing
- Lead regression testing cycles for cloud-based SaaS platforms with 99.9% uptime requirements
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate QA processes into CI/CD pipelines
- Execute exploratory testing to identify edge cases and user experience friction points
- Maintain test documentation and defect tracking using JIRA and TestRail
- Champion quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software QA with 3+ years in automation testing
- Expertise in programming languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript)
- Deep knowledge of testing methodologies across web, mobile, and API layers
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and security scanning
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect lifecycle management
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance framework
