Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD pipelines
- Lead QA initiatives for cloud-based SaaS applications with 99.9% uptime requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and implement quality gates
- Analyze test results and drive continuous improvement through metrics and reporting
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices for agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA engineering with 3+ years in cloud/SaaS environments
- Expertise in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress) and scripting (Python/Java)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, load testing (JMeter), and CI/CD tools
- Certified in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance methodologies
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and agile development workflows
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into test cases
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
