Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Lead automation framework development using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD pipeline integration
- Execute exploratory testing and root cause analysis for complex technical issues
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices for test documentation
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define quality metrics and KPIs
- Champion quality initiatives through JIRA/Confluence workflows and agile ceremonies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS/web applications, including 2+ years in automation
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong programming skills in Python or JavaScript
- Proficient with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and security testing methodologies
- Certified in ISTQB Foundation Level or equivalent
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker)
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios
