Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright for CI/CD integration
- Lead defect triage sessions and prioritize critical issues in Jira
- Implement API testing with Postman and REST-assured for microservices architecture
- Conduct cross-browser and mobile compatibility testing
- Mentor junior QA engineers and improve QA processes
- Analyze test metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA engineering with SaaS/web applications
- Expertise in automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with API testing tools and RESTful services
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
