Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks
- Execute manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and API endpoints
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA, ensuring thorough tracking and resolution
- Perform regression, performance, and security testing to validate system integrity
- Collaborate with developers to integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices for quality assurance
- Analyze test metrics to drive continuous improvement in product quality
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA/QC with focus on SaaS applications
- Expertise in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA processes
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and database testing (SQL)
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA methodology preferred
- Proficiency in defect tracking and project management tools
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
