Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation strategy using Selenium/Cypress and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to define acceptance criteria and quality gates
- Investigate and resolve production issues through root cause analysis
- Mentor QA engineers on best practices and emerging testing technologies
- Drive quality metrics reporting and continuous process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with 2+ years in automation testing
- Expertise in Java/Python and testing frameworks (JUnit, PyTest)
- Strong knowledge of REST API testing with Postman/JMeter
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect tracking tools
- BS in Computer Science or related field
