Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for complex microservices.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define acceptance criteria and test strategies.
- Perform comprehensive root-cause analysis on production issues and implement preventative measures.
- Drive the adoption of CI/CD best practices and shift-left testing methodologies.
- Lead test automation efforts across web, API, and mobile platforms.
- Mentor junior QA engineers to foster a culture of quality-first development.
- Participate in architectural reviews to ensure high testability and system robustness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Automated Testing.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Extensive experience with tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium.
- Deep understanding of RESTful API testing and performance benchmarking.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to advocate for quality at all levels of the organization.
