Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define comprehensive test plans for new features.
- Perform deep-dive root cause analysis on production issues to prevent future regressions.
- Lead and mentor junior QA team members on best practices in testing and quality engineering.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to facilitate automated regression testing.
- Advocate for quality standards throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance or Software Development.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or Java).
- Expertise with automation frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API testing and database validation (SQL/NoSQL).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
