You will be instrumental in architecting automated testing strategies that ensure our enterprise-grade SaaS platforms deliver seamless user experiences globally.
You won't just find bugs; you will advocate for quality, influence product roadmaps, and mentor junior engineers in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to define comprehensive test plans for new features.
- Execute complex integration and regression testing cycles across microservices architectures.
- Identify, document, and track software defects while partnering with developers to drive swift resolution.
- Lead root-cause analysis sessions to improve development processes and minimize future escapes.
- Implement CI/CD pipeline integrations for automated quality gating within our deployment workflows.
- Act as a champion for quality metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders on system health.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance or SDET roles.
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Deep understanding of RESTful API testing, including tools like Postman or RestAssured.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS or Azure environments.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and actionable bug reports and technical documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
