Job Description
At NexusFlow, we are building the next generation of cloud-native enterprise platforms. We are seeking a meticulous and highly technical Senior QA Engineer to join our core engineering team. You will be responsible for defining our quality strategy, implementing automated testing frameworks, and ensuring that our releases maintain the highest standards of reliability and performance.
You will work directly with developers and product owners in an Agile environment to identify bottlenecks and elevate our software delivery lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA best practices into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Execute comprehensive test plans, including functional, integration, regression, and load testing.
- Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis on production incidents and drive resolution.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of quality-first development.
- Participate in architectural reviews to ensure system testability and observability.
- Stay current with emerging QA trends and tools to keep our technology stack modern and efficient.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or SDET roles.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, or TypeScript.
- Extensive experience with testing tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium.
- Strong background in API testing (Postman, REST Assured) and microservices architecture.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD methodologies and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with Jira and Confluence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
