Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for cloud-native financial applications
- Lead automation framework development using Selenium/Python/Cypress
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/GitLab for continuous testing
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical production defects
- Mentor junior QA engineers in agile methodologies
- Collaborate with Product/Dev teams to define quality KPIs
- Champion quality best practices across 5+ Scrum teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA with 3+ years in financial tech or SaaS
- Expertise in test automation (Selenium, Playwright, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with performance/load testing (JMeter/K6)
- Strong CI/CD pipeline implementation skills
- Certified Scrum Master or equivalent agile credentials
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and defect tracking systems
- Experience testing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
