Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end QA lifecycle for SaaS products, including test planning, execution, and defect management
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Conduct manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and API layers
- Analyze complex system requirements to identify potential quality risks and mitigation strategies
- Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing integration
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define quality metrics and KPIs
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality best practices across departments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance with emphasis on automation
- Expertise in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Postman) and programming languages (Python/Java)
- Strong background in testing web applications, REST APIs, and mobile platforms
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect tracking systems (JIRA)
- Knowledge of performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner) and security testing basics
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ISTQB Foundation or equivalent certification preferred
