You will play a critical role in ensuring our enterprise-grade SaaS platforms exceed user expectations through rigorous testing, automation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive automated test suites using Selenium and Cypress.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into detailed test plans.
- Conduct manual exploratory testing for complex new features and edge-case scenarios.
- Identify, document, and track software defects within Jira, ensuring timely resolution.
- Lead QA retrospectives to drive improvements in software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
- Mentor junior QA analysts and foster a culture of quality across the engineering department.
- Monitor production performance and implement regression testing strategies to maintain system stability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years focused on automation.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Deep understanding of RESTful API testing and database validation (SQL).
- Strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
