Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test suites using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright for CI/CD integration
- Lead defect lifecycle management in JIRA with 99% resolution SLA
- Collaborate with DevOps to implement test infrastructure in AWS/GCP environments
- Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct code review sessions
- Optimize QA processes using Shift-Left methodologies and risk-based testing
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA engineering with SaaS or fintech experience
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Java/Python preferred)
- ISTQB Advanced Certification or equivalent
- Proficiency with performance testing tools (JMeter, K6)
- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and test-driven development
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and test data management
