Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Appium.
- Lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle for complex web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to define acceptance criteria and test strategies.
- Execute rigorous regression, integration, and performance testing cycles.
- Identify, document, and track software defects within Jira, ensuring timely resolution.
- Mentor junior QA analysts and contribute to the evolution of our internal QA best practices.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis on production issues to prevent future recurrence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Proven expertise in API testing using Postman or RestAssured.
- Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail and usability.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
