Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, integration, and performance testing
- Lead automation initiatives using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD pipeline integration
- Develop defect tracking workflows and metrics-driven quality dashboards
- Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct peer code reviews
- Champion shift-left testing through requirement analysis and test case design
- Implement API testing with Postman and JMeter for microservices architecture
- Validate security compliance and penetration testing outcomes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS/web applications
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- API testing experience (REST/SOAP) and database validation
- ISTQB Foundation or equivalent certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
