Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks.
- Perform deep-dive root cause analysis on production issues and document resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA best practices into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Conduct thorough exploratory, functional, and regression testing for new product features.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and drive improvements in our quality assurance methodologies.
- Manage end-to-end testing lifecycles for high-impact web and mobile applications.
- Participate in architectural reviews to advocate for testability and product reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance or testing.
- Advanced proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Solid experience with modern testing tools like Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright.
- Extensive knowledge of CI/CD pipeline integration and build tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Strong understanding of API testing methodologies and performance testing.
- Proven ability to thrive in an Agile/Scrum environment with rapid release cycles.
