Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation initiatives using Selenium/Cypress to enhance testing efficiency by 40%+
- Develop and maintain test documentation including test plans, cases, and defect reports
- Implement CI/CD pipeline integration for continuous quality validation
- Conduct root cause analysis of production defects and drive preventive measures
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion QA best practices across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS/web applications
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Proficiency in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE) preferred
- Experience with SQL and API testing (REST/SOAP)
