Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Lead automation framework development using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Champion CI/CD integration of automated test suites within AWS DevOps pipelines
- Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct peer code reviews
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define quality metrics and KPIs
- Execute exploratory testing and root cause analysis for critical defects
- Drive quality initiatives across 3+ product lines serving 500K+ users
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS platforms and cloud-based architectures
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Proficiency in API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Strong SQL skills for database validation and test data management
- Agile/Scrum certification and experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification
- Proven track record of reducing production defects by 40%+ in previous roles
