Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, performance, and security testing
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Lead defect management processes in JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define acceptance criteria and quality metrics
- Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines with automated testing
- Conduct exploratory testing and usability assessments to identify edge cases
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance with enterprise SaaS products
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Python/Java preferred) and CI/CD tools
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and QA best practices
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and security testing
- Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable test cases
- Proficiency with defect tracking and test management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
