Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA and QA methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and KPIs
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical production issues
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion continuous improvement
- Validate API integrations and microservice architectures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with SaaS applications and agile methodologies
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Proficiency in SQL and database testing techniques
- ISTQB Foundation or equivalent certification preferred
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
