Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Implement automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Lead QA sprints in Agile/Scrum environments, driving continuous improvement
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and Confluence
- Collaborate with developers to resolve critical issues and prevent recurrence
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and release readiness assessments
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA with 2+ years in automation
- Expertise in test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and performance testing tools
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance methodology
- Experience with mobile (iOS/Android) and web application testing
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
