Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end test plans covering functional, performance, and security requirements
- Lead automation testing initiatives using Selenium/Cypress to enhance testing efficiency and coverage
- Execute manual and automated tests across web, mobile, and API platforms
- Document defects with detailed steps, severity levels, and actionable insights
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and implement preventive measures
- Analyze test metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of QA experience
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Proficiency in defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and test-driven development
- Experience testing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
