Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Lead automation strategy using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD integration
- Develop and maintain test documentation including test cases and defect reports
- Collaborate with product teams to define acceptance criteria and quality gates
- Perform root cause analysis of production incidents and drive preventive measures
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices across the organization
- Implement and manage test environments aligned with cloud infrastructure
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in QA roles with SaaS or fintech exposure
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and database testing
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance methodology
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python, Java)
