Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Automate test suites using Selenium, Cypress, and Python to accelerate CI/CD pipelines
- Lead defect management processes in JIRA, ensuring clear documentation and resolution tracking
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define quality metrics and KPIs
- Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement preventive measures
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of QA experience in agile environments with SaaS products
- Expertise in test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, Appium, Postman)
- Strong understanding of API testing, load testing, and security testing methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL and database validation techniques
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or ISTQB Advanced Level certification preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerized environments
