Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans for complex web and mobile applications
- Lead automated testing initiatives using Selenium, Cypress, and custom frameworks
- Execute manual and automated test cases across diverse environments (iOS/Android, Chrome/Safari)
- Drive defect resolution processes using JIRA and integrate with CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality best practices across sprints
- Analyze test metrics to identify trends and optimize testing efficiency
- Validate security compliance and performance benchmarks
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA engineering with proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Expert proficiency in automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium)
- Strong understanding of API testing (REST, GraphQL) and performance testing
- Experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certifications in ISTQB or similar QA methodologies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating complex test automation projects
