Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead cross-functional quality initiatives using agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Automate testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and other industry-leading tools
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve critical defects early in the SDLC
- Maintain and enhance test documentation, including test cases and bug reports
- Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and quality metrics
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience acceptable)
- Expertise in manual and automated testing with 3+ years of QA experience
- Proficiency in testing frameworks: Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, and TestNG
- Strong knowledge of API testing (REST/SOAP) using Postman or similar tools
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test integration in Jenkins/GitLab
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Certifications in ISTQB or similar quality assurance methodologies preferred
