NexusFlow Systems is seeking a visionary Senior QA Engineer to lead our testing strategy in an agile, high-growth environment. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, performance, and scalability of our cloud-native SaaS platform. You will work directly with cross-functional product squads to define quality benchmarks and implement cutting-edge testing methodologies that drive our product roadmap forward.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for complex web and mobile applications.
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks using Selenium/Cypress.
- Perform deep-dive root cause analysis on production incidents and drive resolution.
- Collaborate with developers to integrate shift-left testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Mentor junior QA members and foster a culture of quality-first development.
- Conduct thorough API testing and performance benchmarking under high-load scenarios.
- Participate in agile ceremonies to provide early feedback on technical designs and requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with a focus on automation.
- Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python for test scripting.
- Deep understanding of RESTful API testing and database validation (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in CI/CD integration using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues in distributed microservices architectures.
