Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation initiatives using Selenium and Cypress to accelerate release cycles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality gates and metrics
- Investigate, document, and track defects using JIRA with root cause analysis
- Champion quality best practices including CI/CD pipeline integration
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish testing documentation standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience in SaaS environments with proven test automation expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and test data management
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent quality assurance methodology
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into test cases
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
