Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end testing strategies for complex web and mobile applications
- Develop automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright frameworks
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA and implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins
- Conduct performance, security, and usability testing using industry-standard tools
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices for quality assurance
- Analyze test metrics and provide actionable insights to product stakeholders
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the development lifecycle
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software QA with 2+ years in automation testing
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA within DevOps
- Proficiency in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and bug tracking systems
- Experience with mobile testing (Appium) and cross-browser compatibility testing
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
