Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD pipelines
- Lead root cause analysis for critical defects and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor QA team members on industry best practices and emerging testing methodologies
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define quality gates and release criteria
- Conduct exploratory testing for complex user journeys and edge cases
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA/Software Testing with SaaS/Fintech background
- Expertise in automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, JMeter) and test management systems
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and CI/CD integration
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and database validation (SQL)
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA methodology
- Proficiency in defect tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla) and test metrics analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
