Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks
- Execute manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and API layers
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA and maintain detailed QA documentation
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define quality metrics and KPIs
- Perform regression, performance, security, and usability testing
- Mentor junior QA staff and champion continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA/testing with 2+ years in test automation
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA methodology
- Experience testing scalable SaaS applications in regulated industries
