Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end test automation frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
- Lead performance and security testing for 50K+ user fintech applications
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering API, UI, and database layers
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality initiatives
- Analyze test data to drive continuous improvement in CI/CD pipelines
- Execute exploratory testing for new product features and critical bug fixes
- Document test cases and maintain defect tracking in JIRA/Confluence
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA engineering with fintech or SaaS experience
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Proficiency in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certified Tester (CTFL) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
