Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Lead automation framework development using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed quality gates in CI/CD pipelines
- Investigate and document defects with precision in JIRA and Confluence
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion continuous improvement in QA processes
- Conduct root cause analysis for production incidents and implement preventive measures
- Drive shift-left testing initiatives through early requirement validation and testability reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA engineering with 3+ years in automation testing
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks
- Strong knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured) and performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- ISTQB Foundation or advanced certification preferred
