Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Selenium and Playwright.
- Conduct thorough end-to-end integration testing for mission-critical microservices.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define clear acceptance criteria.
- Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution using Jira.
- Mentor junior QA staff and promote a culture of quality throughout the SDLC.
- Optimize continuous integration (CI/CD) pipelines to enhance deployment velocity.
- Perform comprehensive performance and load testing to ensure system scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing automation.
- Expert-level proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Demonstrated experience with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured.
- Deep understanding of SQL and database management for data validation.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
