Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for complex web and mobile applications.
- Architect and maintain robust automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Identify, document, and track software defects within Jira, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) sessions to prevent regression and improve system architecture.
- Collaborate with DevOps engineers to integrate automated QA into our CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior QA staff and promote a culture of quality across the engineering department.
- Execute performance, load, and security testing to ensure enterprise-grade stability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or SDET roles.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Proven expertise in API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS or Azure.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
