You will work within an agile, cross-functional team to ensure our enterprise-grade SaaS platform maintains the highest standards of reliability and performance.

Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain robust automated test frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to define clear, actionable acceptance criteria.
- Lead root-cause analysis efforts for production incidents to prevent recurrence.
- Execute complex end-to-end regression testing suites across multiple environments.
- Mentor junior QA staff and advocate for 'Shift Left' testing methodologies across the engineering department.
- Contribute to the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline optimization.
- Perform comprehensive API and load testing to ensure system scalability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or SDET roles.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Deep expertise in API testing tools like Postman, Insomnia, or RestAssured.
- Solid understanding of SQL and database integrity verification.
- Experience working in a Cloud-native environment (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong knowledge of Agile development practices and Jira/Confluence.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
