Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end testing strategies including functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Lead automation initiatives using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright to accelerate release cycles
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and documentation aligned with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Implement CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing and quality gates
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify and resolve critical defects
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion QA best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with 3+ years in automation testing
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) and programming languages (Python/Java)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, JIRA, and defect tracking systems
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and performance testing tools
- Proven track record of improving QA processes and reducing defect leakage
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
