Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation strategy using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD integration
- Collaborate with product teams to define quality metrics and KPIs
- Investigate and resolve production issues with root cause analysis
- Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct process improvement initiatives
- Implement test environments and maintain test data integrity
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA with 2+ years in automation testing
- Expertise in Selenium, TestNG, and JavaScript frameworks
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong SQL skills and API testing (Postman/RestAssured)
- ISTQB Foundation or equivalent certification
- Background in SaaS or fintech applications preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
