Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end test plans for complex SaaS platforms
- Lead automation frameworks using Selenium and Cypress for CI/CD integration
- Execute manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and API layers
- Collaborate with product teams to define quality metrics and KPIs
- Mentor junior QA engineers and champion quality-first culture
- Document test cases, bugs, and quality reports in JIRA and Confluence
- Champion continuous improvement in QA processes and tooling
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA engineering with SaaS/cloud experience
- Expertise in automation testing (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Experience with performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ISTQB certification preferred
