Responsibilities
- Design and maintain robust, scalable automated test frameworks for cloud-native applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define clear acceptance criteria and test strategies.
- Perform comprehensive root-cause analysis on production issues to prevent future regressions.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and evangelize best practices in TDD and CI/CD integration.
- Execute complex performance and load testing to ensure high system availability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and architectural design reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, focusing on automation.
- Expert-level proficiency in at least one modern language: Python, Java, or Go.
- Deep understanding of RESTful API testing and microservices architecture.
- Proven experience with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
- Solid foundation in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong communication skills with an ability to influence technical decisions across teams.
